We are looking for a passionate, experienced level 3 Bank Practitioner who is committed to providing outstanding care for our children. We are looking for someone with previous experience in early years who loves working with children and enjoys a challenge as part of our small team of staff.

Qualifications and experience

Level 3 qualified

  • Minimum 1 years post-qualification experience working in an early years setting
  • The successful candidate will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check
  • Further training will be provided where necessary

Salary

12.21 per hour

Working on a zero hours contract you will be requested to cover staff absence or provide additional support, 8.30am – 3.30pm Monday to Friday during term time only, for no more than 20 hours per week.

We are looking for an organised and reliable Administration and Finance Assistant to support the day-to-day running of our preschool.

The role includes managing finances and invoices, administering nursery funding, supporting the Management Committee with compliance requirements, and carrying out general administrative tasks. You will work closely with the Preschool Manager, Treasurer and Accountant.

The ideal candidate will have strong IT, organisational, literacy and numeracy skills. Experience in finance or administration is essential; experience in early years or charity settings is desirable but not required as training will be provided.
