Thursday 5th October there will be a collection from ‘Bags 2 School’. They pay schools and charities for bags of jumble, please fill as many bags as possible a bag will be sent home with each child if you need more them please speak to a member of staff (bin bags are fine). This has been a great fundraising event for the Pre-school in Previous collections.

Please bring to pre-school either on Wednesday 4th October at 3pm or before 9am on Thursday 5th October.

Some of you may be aware or have heard that Emma Phillips will be leaving the pre-school at the end of September. We are very sad that she is leaving but after 12 years of working at the pre-school she is ready to start a new adventure. We are pleased to announce that Rebekah Rumsby will be taking over as Play Leader. We wish both ladies all the best in their new roles!
Emma would like to invite all past and present staff, committee and parents to the Portreath Arms on Friday 29th September for a farewell drink, from 7.30pm onwards. We hope to see you all there for a catch up!

 

 

On Monday 17th July we will be having a beach day.  All children that are due in pre-school on that day need to be dropped off and picked up at the beach next to the surf club.  If your child does not attend a session on Monday they are more than welcome to join us but must be accompanied by an adult at all times.  Can you please make sure you pack sun cream and plenty of spare clothes.  If your child brings their own bucket and spade it must be named.
