Job Vacancy – Play Practitioner Bank Staff

We are looking for a Bank Staff Early Years Play Practitioner to join our team!

Qualifications and experience

  • Level 3 qualified
  • Minimum 1 years post-qualification experience working in an early years setting
  • The successful candidate will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check

Further training will be provided where necessary

Salary

11.44 per hour

Working hours

Employment is on a casual basis to cover sickness, absence and periods of temporary fluctuation in our child numbers.

Fixed Term Contract until 31 July 2024, with potential to extend.

Job description

We are a thriving, committee-run village Pre-school graded as Outstanding by Ofsted. We provide care and education for children aged 2 – 4 years. Portreath Pre-school is a registered Charity and is run by an elected community and parent Committee.

We are looking for a passionate, experienced practitioner who is committed to providing outstanding care for our children. We are looking for someone with previous experience in early years who loves working with children and enjoys a challenge as part of our small team of staff.
